Helping RV Section Residents Since 1995

About Us
The Hamlin Association represents and advocates for residents of Bonita Terra streets
1 through 14 and the Rally Field. The association is incorporated under Florida State law.

The association board of directors are nominated from residents located within the Park Model/RV Section and voted in by their peers.

The HA board offers suggestions to park management for improvements necessary to keep the park safe and clean. Ideas are generated at street meetings and brought before the board. The board tries to keep suggestions reasonable and non-frivolous, and fosters a respectful and amiable working relationship with management.

The continued support of our residents is greatly appreciated and keeps our association strong.

2025 HA Dues

Your annual $5 dues will help support the efforts of the Hamlin Association and go toward the following key items:

  • State and Local fees
  • Luminaries (candles/bags): Mark Nicklas, GM, will provide a stipend of $1,250 to the Hamlin Association for the luminaries in 2024.  This is only a fraction of the cost for the candles and bags.  It is unknown if we will continue to receive a stipend from Murex in future years.
  • Office supplies (paper, copies, membership cards, etc.)
  • Annual meeting
  • Hamlin website
  • Attorney representation

The continued support of our residents is greatly appreciated and keeps our Association strong. Your Street Director will stop by to collect your dues or collect at your street meeting.  You will receive a membership card, which will give you a vote, if necessary, at the annual meeting.

Thank You for Your Support
